The Philippine National Police (PNP) in Parañaque City arrested two suspects in a Carnapping case at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) last March 5.
At around 3 p.m., a certain Shua Hu, a Chinese national, went to the Police Station to report the theft of his White Toyota Altis vehicle while parked on the 3rd floor of PITX.
Three hours later, the duty parking cashier alerted their security officer, France Cadano, of the same vehicle that entered the Pro Parking area of PITX. Onboard the vehicle was Long Fei Yuan, 21, a Chinese businessman, and Randy Solsoloy Obiar, 38, the Filipino driver bodyguard of Yuan.
