Jomar Pajares, finally executed and signed his ‘sworn statement’ against Kurt Matthew Teves for attacking him while on duty in an exclusive subdivision in Las Pinas metro Manila recently.
The event took place today, March 28 at the Bitag Multimedia Network office in Quezon City.
According to Col Jaime Santos, Chief of Police of Las Pinas Police, who personally talked to Pajares , “ kinakailangan ng masusing imbestigasyon at hindi lang basta-basta ipina-file ang kaso.”
After signing the ‘complaint sheet’ Pajares express relief and said, ‘ gumanda ang aking pakiramdam at sana ito na ang umpisa para makamit ko ang katarungan.” Meanwhile, as an anti-crime crusader ACT-CIS Partylist witnessed the process and assured Pajares of support.
According to Kevin See, chief of staff, ACT-CIS Party List, a livelihood assistance will be given to the family of the poor security guard.
According to See, agad na kumilos ang ACT-CIS para matulungan si Jomar , tulongpangkabuhayan ang ibibigay naming sa kanyang pamilya na nasa probinsiya. Gusto naman ipadama na may KAKAMPI siya.”
On the other hand, the legal help will be provided by the “Frontliners Bida Party List” represented by Celine Pialago.
According to Pialago, si Jomar bilang isang frontliner ay dapat lamang matulungan. Ang Frontliner Bida Party List ay handang makipagtulungan sa ACT CIS at sa Bitag Multimedia Network’ para makamit ni Jomar ang hinahangad na hustisya,” “All the way ang tulong namin sa kanya, lalo na sa usaping- legal, Pialago said in an interview of Bitag Multimedia Network (BMN).
