It all started when Kurt Matthew Teves entered a subdivision in Las Piñas City. The security guard Jomar Pajares did not allow the vehicle to pass through the gate of the subdivision because it has no sticker issued by the homeowners’ association.
Kurt Matthew Teves, the son of Negros Oriental Representative Arnolfo Teves got into an argument with Pajares. He was captured mauling the poor security guard, made to kneel and kicked while pleading for mercy.
Soon after, the video was posted on the internet and went viral.
Pajares came to BITAG to seek help. The program called up the Teves camp to take their sides. However, Cong. Teves heated up and turned his ire to Ben Tulfo.
BUT WHERE IS PAJARES NOW?
A month after the incident, public clamor for updates on the whereabouts of Jomar Pajares. This, after reports came up that Pajares already received a settlement to keep silent.
Pajares is still in the protective custody of BITAG and currently working as one of its employees.
The Legal Team of BITAG advised Pajares and Mr. Tulfo to refrain from making any statements when the case has been already filed in court.
BITAG Multimedia Network (BMN) President and CEO Ben Tulfo previously vowed to continue to defend Jomar Pajares.
“Marami ang nag-aabang sa labis na pang-aapi at labis na pang-aabuso, pinag push-up, tinutukan ng baril. this is grave oppression by a son of a Congressman”, he explained.
Likewise, Ben Tulfo also shared that he’s been receiving some information on alleged death threats. He said that he’s already working with the Intelligence group of the Philippine National Police (PNP) for verifications.
Meanwhile, Ben Tulfo assured the public that BITAG will continue to defend those who are victims of oppression like Jomar Pajares and stand with those who can’t defend themselves.
