The owner of the SUV that ran over a security guard in Mandaluyong City that went viral on social media has sent a surrender feeler.
According to PMajor Gen Val de Leon, PNP Director for Operations, the owner, thru his lawyer communicated already with the Mandaluyong Police.
Though no details were released, police investigators believe the owner thru his counsel will cooperate.
According to De Leon, the owner of the SUV is expected to go to the police station.
Meanwhile, Bitag Multimedia Network (BMN) obtained a copy of a Land Transportation Office (LTO) ‘show cause order’ to the owner of the white SUV who ran over the traffic security guard identified as Christian Joseph Floralde.
The show cause order signed by Renante G Militante, Officer In Charge , Intelligence and Investigation Division of LTO, is asking the owner Mr. Jose Antonio V. San Vicente, resident of Diliman Quezon City and owner of a vehicle with plate number NCO 3781, to explain why he should not be charged for reckless driving and his driver license suspended.
