Nagpasaklolo sa long-running investigative public service program ng BITAG Multimedia Network (BMN) ang biktimang si Maria Perla Azares Geloc, 37, taga-Malabon City.
Kuwento ni Geloc sa Pambansang Sumbungan: #ipaBITAGmo, tatlong araw pa lamang nagbubukas ang kanyang barber shop. Sa pang-apat na araw aniya, laking gulat nito nang maglaho ang kanyang mga gamit.
Ang ikinasasama pa ng loob ng barbero, suklay lang daw ang itinira ng kanyang dating tauhan na si Benzon Toledo Basas. Nilimas daw lahat ni Basas ang mga gamit tulad ng rasor, gunting, apron, haircut guide, at speaker.
Lalo pang masakit, ipinangutang lang daw ni Geloc ang pinambili sa mga gamit dahil sa kagustuhang magsarili mula sa 15-taong pangangamuhan bilang manggugupit. Ayon sa biktima, siya pa ang nagturo sa suspek na matuto sa pag-gupit kaya laking panghihinayang nito.
Dahil sa nakakaawang sitwasyon ng complainant, nangako ng tulong ang program host ng #ipaBITAGmo na si Mr. Ben Tulfo.
