Nawawala ang kanilang Apple Macbook, Apple Ipad, Australian passport, necklace, mga bankbook, at cash na P20,000 at 700 Dollar.

Ayon kay Atty. Batas, hindi uubra ang mga palusot ng hotel na “The hotel will not be liable for the losses that will be incurred by the guest”.
“Hindi pwede ‘yan. Bawal po ‘yan sa ilalim Kodigo Sibil ng Pilipinas,” giit ni Atty. Batas.
“Sa ilalim po ng Artikulo 2003. ‘Yan ha, ng Kodigo Sibil ng Pilipinas, hindi po pwedeng alisin ang pananagutan ng mga may-ari ng hotel.”
Malinaw aniya sa Civil Code of the Philippines na may pananagutan ang mga hotel sa mga insidente ng nawawalang gamit.
“Dapat magbayad ang hotel sa dami ng danyos perwisyos dyan. Actual na actual sa mga gamit na nawala at doon sa sama ng damdamin pagkabagabag, pagkabalisa, pagkapahiya na nararamdaman noong mga guest.”
