Nadakip na ng Philippine National Police (PNP) ang No. 1 most wanted person ng Muntinlupa City na si Marlon Coderias y Gonzales, 51.
Si Coderias ay may kasong rape at child abuse.
Nadakip ang suspek ngayong araw, Nob. 24, sa isinagawang Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operation (SACLEO) ng PNP sa Barangay Evangelista, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro.
Naaresto ito sa bisa ng arrest warrant na inilabas ng Muntinlupa City court dahil sa paglabag sa Republic Act 11684 o rape case at paglabag sa RA 7610 o “An Act providing for stronger deterrence and special protection against child abuse, exploitation and discrimination”.
Walang inilabas na bail o piyansa ang korte sa kasong rape, habang P180,000 ang temporary liberty o piyansa sa kasong child abuse.
Kasalukuyang nasa pangangalaga ng Custodial Facility ng Muntinlupa City Police Station ang suspek habang hinihintay ang commitment order ng korte para maibiyahe ito sa National Bilibid Prison (NBP).
