Himas-rehas ang isang dance instructor matapos masilo ng Quezon City Police District (QCPD) at Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) sa isang buy-bust operation kaninang madaling araw, Nob. 24, sa Brgy. Old Balara, Quezon City.
Kinilala ni QCPD Dir. PBGen. Nicolas D Torre III ang suspek na si Mark Arthur Managaytay Mendoza, 32 y/o, isang dance instructor at residente ng Brgy. Culiat, Quezon City.
Nasamsam sa suspek ang humigit-kumulang 100 gramo ng shabu na mayroong street value na P680,000, timbangan, cellphone, motorsiklo, at ang ginamit na buy-bust money.
Isinagawa ang buy-bust operation ng Batasan Police Station (PS 6) kaninang alas-3:30 ng madaling araw.
Ayon kay Col. Morgan Aguilar, Station Commander ng PS6, isang impormante ang nagbigay sa kanila ng tip hinggil sa umano’y malakasang pagtutulak ng droga ng suspek.
Isang undercover police ang nagpanggap na buyer na kalaunay inalok ng suspek ng shabu na nagkakahalaga ng P130,000.
Dito na dinakma ang suspek at pinosasan ng mga operatiba.
