Exempted sa trabaho ang mga private employees na gustong magpabakuna o magpaturok ng booster mula December 5 hanggang 7, ayon sa Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
Sa inilabas na Labor Advisory No. 24, s.2022 ni Labor Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma, hinihikayat ang mga manggagawa na magpakuna upang proteksyon sa araw-araw na pagsagupa sa trabaho.
Ang Bakunahang Bayan II: Special Vaccination Day ay programa ng Department of Health (DOH) na layong pataasin ang nationwide immunization laban sa Covid-19.
“All employees in the private sector, particularly those with a due or missed schedule of vaccine doses and or those who will accompany their children for vaccination were covered of excused absence,” ayon sa abiso ng DOLE na inilabas kahapon, Dec. 5.
Sakop din ng ‘excused absence’ ang mga magulang na sasama sa kanilang anak para magpabakuna o naka-iskedyul ang booster shot.
“This guideline is hereby issued in support of the government’s implementation of the Bakunahang Bayan II: Special Vaccination from 05 to 07 December 2022,” saad pa ng advisory.
Ayon kay Laguesma, kaisa ng national government at ng DOH ang DOLE sa pagpapalaganap ng nationwide immunization upang maprotektahan ang mga manggagawa laban sa Covid-19.
