Naaresto na ng Palawan Police noong Martes ng gabi, Dec. 6, ang babaeng tatlong taong nang wanted sa patong-patong na kaso ng kidnap for ransom, carnapping, child abuse at iba pang krimen sa Puerto Princesa City.
Kinilala ni MIMAROPA Police Regional Office Dir. PBGen. Sidney Sultan Hernia ang natimbog na suspek na si Jai Sunshine Santos Chua, 37, residente ng Brgy. Bancao-Bancao.
Ang suspek ay may tatlong warrant of arrest sa kasong Kidnapping for Ransom na inilabas ng National Capital Judicial Region, Branch 69 at 70 sa Taguig City noong Enero 31, Abril 19, at Abril 29, 2019.
Ayon kay Hernia, pare-parehong unbailable ang tatlong kaso ng suspek.
Bukod sa tatlong warrant, may nakabinbin ding arrest warrant si Chua para sa two counts ng paglabag sa R.A. 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act).
Lumitaw sa inisyal na imbestigasyon ng PNP Palawan na kasama rin ang suspek sa grupo ng kriminal na nagpapanggap na ahente ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) na nangingikil sa mga drug personalities sa National Capital Region (NCR) at CALABARZON.
