Sinalakay ng operatiba ng Philippine National Police-Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG) at Eastern Police District (EPD) ang isang online lending company sa Sampaloc, Maynila na namamahiya, nananakot at nagbabanta sa kanilang mga kliyente.
Eksklusibong nakasama ang investigative team ng BITAG Multimedia Network (BMN) sa paghahain ng search warrant sa opisina ng Suncash Lending Investors Lending Corp. sa 1416 Craig St., Lufrasco Residences, Brgy. 497 sa Sampaloc, Maynila.
Sa inilabas na Cybercrime Warrant ng Makati City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 147 na pirmado ni Presiding Judge Karla Regina D. Valera-Chua noong December 6, 2022, pinayagan ang grupo ng search team ng PNP-ACG at EPD para sa “Search, Seize, and Examine Computer Data” sa opisina ng Suncash Lending.
Siyam na Chinese national at mga opisyal ng Suncash Lending ang subject ng warrant ng PNP.
Ito ay sina Xianming Tian, Shiling Xu, Xiaobo Pan, Xiojing Luo; Presidente ng korporasyon na si Qi Lu; General manager Zhu Junfeng; Treasurer Chang Tao; supervisors na sina Yaping liu at Chang Yuting; at ang Pinay na secretary ng kumpanya na si Joycilyn Pelayo.
Ang pag-aresto sa mga opisyal at empleyado ng Suncash Lending ay nag-ugat sa reklamo ng maraming kliyente ng kumpanya na dumanas ng pamamahiya at pagbabanta ng mga credit collectors.

Lumapit sa #ipaBITAGmo ang empleyado ng Davao City Hall dahil sa pambabastos, pagbabanta at pananakot sa kanya ng isang kolektor ng lending company.
Sa kabuuan, nasa 84 staff ang inaresto ng EPD kasama ang Chinese national na general manager ng kumpanya.
