Nauwi sa krimen ang inuman ng dalawang lalaki sa Barangay Agusan Cagayan de Oro City kahapon, December 8.
Patay sa tama ng bala sa dibdib ang biktimang si Drixel Tumbaga, residente ng Barangay Agusan Cagayan de Oro City.
Naisugod pa sa Puerto Community Hospital ang biktima ngunit binawian din ito ng buhay.
Arestado naman ang pulis na si PSSg. Junlit Lubino, na nakatalaga sa Jasaan Municipal Police Station, Misamis Oriental.
Ayon sa ulat na nakarating kay PMaj. Peter Tajor, Station Commander ng Police Station 6, nagkaroon ng pagtatalo habang nag-iinuman sina Lubino at Tumbaga ayon sa saksi na si Norbeto Sabonot.
Nang magkapikunan, bumunot umano ng baril ni Lubino at binaril sa dibdib ang biktima.
Naaresto si Lubina ng mga rumespondeng pulis at narekober ang kanyang service firearm na 9mm caliber Glock 17 na ginamit sa pamamaril.
Kasalukuyang nakakulong sa custodial facility ng Puerto Police Station 6 si Lubina habang hinihintay ang pagsasampa ng kaukulang kaso.
