Nahulog na sa kamay ng pulisya ang mailap na lider ng notorious robbery-holdup gang na “Utto Criminal Group” sa inilatag na ‘One-time, Big-time’ operation ng Southern Police District (SPD) sa Taguig City kahapon ng gabi, Dec. 13.
Ayon kay SPD District Director Gen. Kirby John Brion Kraft, huli ang suspek na si Basser Utto, 32, ang umano’y lider ng “Utto Criminal Group” na responsable sa serye ng holdapan at illegal drug operations sa Taguig.
Natiyempohan si Utto kasama ang isang Normina Datuan, 25, sa isinagawang Oplan Sita: checkpoint ng Taguig City Police MCU Substation 7 at Stallion Intelligence Section sa panulukan ng Pendatun St. at Old Housing St. sa Brgy. Maharlika.
Pinara umano sa checkpoint ang Toyota Vios na minamaneho ni Utto at dito nadiskubre ang isang Chinese tea bag na naglalaman ng 60 piraso ng plastic sachet ng hinihinalang shabu.
Nasa humigit-kumulang 3,000 gramo ng shabu ang nakuha sa suspek na tinatayang nasa P2.4 milyon ang estimated na street value.
Base sa record ng SPD, ang Utto Criminal Group na pinatatakbo ng nadakip na suspek ay responsable sa iba’t ibang serye ng criminal activities sa Taguig City tulad ng robbery holdup at pagtutulak ng iligal na droga.
