Base sa Daily Weather Forecast ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), may panaka-nakang pag-ulan pa rin ang mararanasan sa malaking bahagi ng bansa ngayong Martes.
Dalawang weather condition ang dahilan ng maulap na papawid dahil sa pananatili ng buntot ng Low Pressure Area (LPA) at Localized Thunderstorms, bukod pa sa umiiral na Northeast Monsoon o hanging habagat.
Sa Metro Manila, Western Visayas at iba pang bahagi ng bansa, magiging maulap ang papawirin at may minsanang pag-ambon o pag-ulan.
Ang Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Aurora, Quezon, Rizal, Laguna, Batangas, Oriental Mindoro, at Marinduque ay makararanas din ng mga pag-ulan lalo na sa hapon o gabi.
Ang Bicol region, Eastern Visayas, CARAGA at Davao Region ay makararanas din ng kalat-kalat na pag-ulan at pagkulog-pagkidlat.
