Isang namumuong sama ng panahon o Low Pressure Area (LPA) ang binabantayan ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) habang ito ay nasa karagatan ng General Santos City sa Mindanao.
Base sa weather forecast ng Pagasa, namataan ang LPA sa layong 275 kilometro sa Silangan ng Gensan.
Magdadala ito ng pag-ulan sa Katimugang Luzon, Metro Manila at malaking bahagi ng Hilagang Luzon kabilang ang mga rehiyon ng Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, CALABARZON, Oriental Mindoro at Marinduque.
Sa mga nabanggit na lugar, asahan ang makapal na kaulapan na magdadala ng mga pag-ulan sa hapon o gabi.
Ibinabala rin ng weather bureau sa mga lugar na ito ang banta ng flashfloods at landslides dahil sa thunderstorms.
Magiging panaka-naka rin ang pag-ambon at pag-ulan sa Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, CARAGA at Davao Region.
