Base sa 3:00 p.m. weather update ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), kumikilos ang sama ng panahon sa direksyon ng 275 kilometro Silangan Hilagang-Silangan ng Davao City o nasa layong 190 kilometro SilAngan Timog-Silangan ng Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur.
Ayon sa PAGASA, apektado ng pag-ulan at maulap na papawirin ang malaking bahagi ng Eastern Visayas at CARAGA Region dahil sa sama ng panahon.
Sa mga rehiyon na apektado ng LPA, ibinabala ng PAGASA ang banta ng flashfloods at landslides.
Ang Metro Manila at ilang bahagi ng Luzon naman ay bahagya lamang makararanas ng paminsan-minsang pag-ambon at pag-ulan lalo na sa hapon o gabi.
Dulot ito ng umiiral na Northeast Monsoon o hanging habagat.
