Iminungkahi ni Act Teachers party-list Rep. France Castro na magkaroon ng malalimang imbestigasyon sa ibinunyag ng isang preso o person deprived of liberty (PDL) na may mga high-profile inmate ng New Bilibid Prison (NBP) ang pineke ang dahilan ng pagkamatay.
Partikular na pinatututukan ni Castro ang imbestigasyon sa kaso ni Jaybee Sebastian na sinabing namatay sa COVID-19, pero hindi naman ito dinala sa “Site Harry” na designated quarantine facility ng bilibid.
Matatandaang ibinunyag ng isang detainee ng NBP na may mga ilang inmates na pineke ang totoong sanhi ng kanilang kamatayan.
Bukod sa mga pekeng ‘covid deaths’, may mga preso din umano na sadyang pinapatay at pinalalabas lamang na atake o natural death ang pagkamatay.
Ayon kay Castro, dapat siyasating mabuti kung sino-sino ang mga nasa likod ng “fake Covid deaths” sa NBP.
Nais din ni Castro na isapubliko ang death record ng mga high-profile inmates na napaulat na namatay dahil sa Covid tulad nina Jaybee Sebastian, Francis Go, Willy Yang, Benjamin Marcelo, Zhang Zhu Li, Jimmy Kinsing Hung, Ryan Ong, at Amin Buratong.
Naniniwala ang militanteng mambabatas na hindi isolated case o aksidente lamang ang kaso ng pagpaslang sa mga preso.
