Katapatan ang ipinamalas ng isang Grab rider matapos nitong isauli ang nadampot na brown envelope na naglalaman ng pera, gift certificate at cheke.
Kuwento ng Grab rider na si Paquito Diaz Dellosa, 26 years old, tanghaling tapat ng Martes nang mapansin niya sa kahabaan ng Harbor Drive sa Pasay City ang isang brown envelope na dinadaan-daanan lamang ng mga sasakyan.
Nang damputin ang envelope ay nakita niya na may laman itong pera at cheke, agad daw niyang nilagay ang envelope sa kanyang motor at diretsong pumunta sa tanggapan ng BITAG Multimedia Network sa Timog, Quezon City.
“Noong nakita ko ‘yung laman ng envelope, hindi ako nagdalawang-isip na isoli at hanapin ang may-ari. Kaya agad ko nagpunta dito sa tanggapan ni Mr. Ben Tulfo,” paliwanag ni Dellosa.
Nakapangalan ang mga cheke at dokumento sa Keihin-Everett Forwarding Company (KEFC).
Agad nakipag-ugnayan ang BITAG sa nasabing kumpanya upang makumpirma kung sa kanila ba ang nawawalang envelope.
Nakumpirma naman ng kanilang Human Resource Department na isang envelope na naglalaman ng P14,000, bank check at mga gift certificate ang nawala ng kanilang messenger.
Kinabukasan agad pumunta ang messenger ng Keihin-Everett Forwarding Company upang personal na makilala ang good Samaritan na Grab rider.
Labis ang pasasalamat nito sa grab driver at agad naibalik ang buong envelope na naglalaman ng pera, gift certificate at cheke.
“Maraming salamat sa kabutihang-loob mo, kung hindi ‘to naibalik, hindi ko alam anong mangyayari sa akin at sa trabaho ko,” ani ng messenger.
Isang noche buena package ang ibinigay ng KEFC bilang pasasalamat sa Grab rider na si Dellosa.
