Disyembre 13, 2022, ipinadala ni Christine sa BITAG ang larawan kung saan hawak-hawak niya ang kanyang solo-parent ID.
Ayon kay Christine, agad tinugunan ng City Social Welfare and Development o CSWD ng San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan ang kanyang naging problema matapos makausap ng program host na si Ben Tulfo ang mismong head ng tanggapan.
Sa pakiusap ni Tulfo ay mismong si Mrs. Marlyn Cumba, Department Head ng CSWD SJDM ang nag-asikaso kay Christine upang agad maibigay ang kanyang solo-parent ID.
“Maraming maraming salamat po sa BITAG, kay Sir Ben. Nakuha ko na po ang solo parent ID. Godbless po sa BITAG and sana po mas marami pa po kayong matulungan” ani Christine.
Ang aksiyong ito ay nagmula sa reklamo ng ginang kung saan inirereklamo niya ang isang social worker sa opisina ng CSWD ng SJDM. Tinanggihan umano siya nito na bigyan ng solo-parent I.D. sa kadahilanang baka raw may kinakasamang iba o boyfriend si Christine.
