Magdadala ito ng malamig na simoy ng hangin at may pagkulimlim o bahagyang maulap na kalangitan.
Sa Metro Manila, bahagya hanggang sa makulimlim naman ang papawirin.
Sa Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Quezon, at Bicol Region, posibleng makaranas lamang ng pag-ambon o kalat-kalat na mahinang pag-ulan sa hapon o gabi.
Mas malaki ang tsansa ng pag-ulan sa bahagi ng Eastern Visayas, Surigao del Norte, Dinagat Islands, Palawan, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, at nalalabing bahagi ng Visayas.Mas magiging maayos naman ang timpla ng panahon ngayong Christmas day sa malaking bahagi ng Mindanao na inulan ng sunod-sunod na araw nitong nakaraan dahil sa LPA.
