Ang Luzon naman ay mananatiling maulap ang papawirin na may bahagyang pag-ambon at kalat-kalat na tagaktak ng ulan dahil sa umiiral na Northeast Monsoon o hanging habagat.
Ayon sa daily weather forecast ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), nakataas pa rin ang banta ng flashflood at landslides o pagguho ng lupa sa malaking bahagi ng Visayas at Mindanao dahil sa torrential rains o malakas na buhos ng ulan.

· Eastern Visayas
· Northern Mindanao
· CARAGA Region
· Palawan
· Iba pang bahagi ng Mindanao
Ang mga lugar naman na apektado ng Northeast Monsoon na posibleng makaranas ng kalat-kalat at mahihinang pag-ulan ay ang:
· Cagayan Valley
· Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR)
· Aurora
· Quezon
· Bicol Region
Mas maliit naman ang tsansa ng pag-ulan sa Metro Manila at ilang bahagi ng Luzon.
Ano nga ba ang SHEAR LINE?
Ø Ayon sa AMS Glossary of Meteorology, ito ay isang linya o makitid na lugar kung saan may biglaang pagbabago sa direksyon ng hangin. Ang bangaan o “convergence” ng hangin sa himpapawid ay nagdudulot ng mas madalas na thunderstorm o mga pag-ulan sa loob ng shear line.
