November 2022, matapos maipalabas sa Pambansang Sumbungan:#ipaBITAGmo ang sumbong ng college student na si Lloyd Tubal, ipinatawag ito ng Commission on Higher Education o CHED Region 9 at ang inirereklamong instructor na si Ms. Julie Reza.
Sa nasabing paghaharap, nagkaroon ng amicable settlement ang dalawang panig.
Ayon sa kasunduan, magpa-public apology sa social media ang propesorang si Reza. Bukod dito, magsisilbing protektor o guardian si Reza ng estudyanteng si Lloyd hanggang sa matapos ito sa pag-aaral.
Matatandaang inihingi ng tulong ng criminology student na si Lloyd Tubal ang pananampal at panununtok na ginawa sa kaniya ni Reza, kasalukuyang instructor ng Dr. Aurelio Mendoza Memorial Colleges sa Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.
Sumbong ni Lloyd, nangyari ang aniya’y pananakit ng guro habang nasa kalagitnaan ng klase. Napagkamalan umano siyang nag-iingay kaya’t mag-asawang suntok at sampal ang sinapit niya sa kamay ng guro.
Sa panayam ng program host na si Mr. Ben Tulfo kay Reza, inamin nito ang akusasyon ng estudyante. Nadala lamang umano siya ng galit at bugso ng damdamin.
Makailang ulit humingi ng tawad ang guro sa ere, subalit nagmatigas at hindi ito tinanggap ng nagrereklamong estudyante.
