Ang Apayao, Kalinga, at nalalabing bahagi ng Cagayan Valley ay magkakaroon din ng kalat-kalat na pag-ulan at makapal na kalangitan dahil sa hanging amihan.
Habang ang Metro Manila at iba pang panig ng bansa ay makararanas din ng pag-ambon at mahihinang pag-ulan dahil sa Localized Thunderstorm.
Bahagyang maulap na papawirin at paminsan-minsang pag-ambon lamang ang iiral sa Ilocos Region at malaking bahagi ng Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).
Sa mga lugar na may umiiral na weather system, nakataas pa rin ang babala ng weather bureau ng posibleng flashfloods at landslides dahil sa malakas na buhos ng ulan.
