“Sumulat ang DENR nagpatulong to implement the cease and desist order, aside from violation sa environmental laws wala rin silang business permit since 2019. When they leased the market nakalagay sa kontrata na in their operation of public market, their management will observe local and national laws pertaining to market and sanitation laws.” paliwanag ni Atty.
