Kinilala ng Philippine National Police (PNP) Bicol ang suspek na si PSSg Aldin Regorgo, nakatalaga sa Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) ng Albay Police Provincial Office (PPO).
Ayon sa Bicol police, dumalo umano ang suspek sa kasal ng kanyang pinsan. Dahil sa kalasingan, naglabas umano ito ng mahabang baril at isang pistola dahilan para ma-alarma at mag-pulasan ang mga bisita sa kasalan.
Rumesponde ang mga tauhan ng Daraga Municipal Police Station at dinakip si Regorgo.
Nakumpiska sa kanya ang Galil 5.56 rifle, Canic 9mm pistol at mga live ammunition.
Sasampahan ito ng kasong alarms and scandal at kasong administratibo dahil sa paglikha ng eskandalo sa kasalan at pagdadala ng baril na walang kinalaman sa kanyang trabaho.
Samantala, ikinadismaya ni Police Regional Office 5 Director Gen. Rudolph Dimas ang insidente.
“It saddens me that despite all our constant reminders there are still some of our personnel who are just incorrigible that they think they are above the law. I have already given instruction to investigate and dismiss the personnel involved if evidence warrants,” ani Dimas.
