“The unemployment rate in the country in November 2022 was posted at 4.2 percent from 4.5 percent in October 2022 and 6.5 percent in November 2021. The estimated unemployment rate in November 2022 was the lowest since April 2005,” ani Mapa.
“The employment rate was placed at 95.8 percent in November 2022, the highest recorded employment rate since April 2005. In terms of levels, there were 49.71 million persons 15 years old and over who were employed in November 2022, 47.11 million in October 2022 and 45.47 million in November 2021,” ayon sa PSA.
