Thank you for raising this concern to our attention.
At present, we are now addressing the concerns and issues raised by these riders who voluntarily resigned from their jobs. We are currently coordinating with the appropriate individuals to clarify things.
Nevertheless, with all humility and respect, our company will answer the rider’s concern in the proper forum.
Thank you and regards,
Proper forum ba kamo?
We understand that some of the delivery riders providing services to Shopee Xpress (SPX) are voicing their frustration about late payment from their employer, which is one of our service providers. Our riders are important to us, and we are incredibly grateful for their support.
SPX works with several service providers for delivery services. We pay these service providers on time and expect that they pay their employees on time as well.
We are investigating the situation with the relevant service provider to promptly help resolve their riders’ concerns. We expect our service providers to adhere to all labor and employment laws.
