Ayon sa ulat ng Sarangani Police, nangyari ang pananaksak noong Martes, Enero 10 sa Sitio Kaltipay, Brgy. Tucal, Sarangani.
Habang natutulog umano ang biktimang si Rizalyn Jose, 27, kasama ang mga anak, sinamantala ito ng kanyang asawang si Neritz Tapican Jose a.k.a “Renren”, 37, para ito ay pagsasaksakin.
Isinugod pa sa ospital si Rizalyn, pero dineklara itong dead-on-arrival dahil sa dami ng saksak sa katawan.
Ayon kay PCPT Giecarr June Villarin, agad ding nadakip ang suspek noong Miyerkules ng umaga dahil sa ikinasang follow up operation.
Narekober dito ang isang 17 inches na kutsilyo na hinihinalang ginamit sa pagpatay sa kanyang misis.
Sa inisyal na imbestigasyon ng PNP Sarangani, ilang araw bago ang insidente ay nagkaroon umano ng pagtatalo ang mag-asawa dahil sa selos, pero hindi pa detalyado ang puno’t dulo nito.
Dahil sa krimen, sasampahan ang suspek ng kasong parricide.
