Ito ang naging buod ng mensahe ni VP Sara Duterte sa kanyang pagdalo sa pagdiriwang ng 83rd founding anniversary ng Koronadal City sa South Cotabato at selebrasyon ng 23rd Hinugyaw Festival noong Martes. Jan. 10, 2023.
Isinalarawan din ng Pangalawang Pangulo ang Koronadal City na “the melting pot of cultures in southern Mindanao” at pinuri ang matatag na pundasyon ng siyudad sa pagbibigay ng tamang serbisyo sa tao.
Ayon kay VP Sara, malaki na ang naging progreso ng Koronadal City mula sa dating pagiging ‘war-torn’ community at ngayon ay isa nang modelong pamayanan.
Nagpahayag din ito ng inspirational words sa mga kabataan at magulang na seryosohin ang edukasyon upang makalaya sa matagal nang bangungot ng karahasan at terorismo.
“Education is a liberating force. I cannot overemphasize all the adults here in Koronadal – we must force our children to school. The Department of Education is implementing a stronger child protection mechanism in our school communities – another layer of defense against the recruitment and exploitation of children and youth,” wika ng Pangalawang Pangulo.
