Agad siyang bumunot ng baril at nakipagpalitan ng putok sa mga operatiba.
Agad namang nakatakas ang kasama nito na kinilalang si Benjie Valencia gamit ang motor na walang plaka.
Narekober mula sa suspek ang isang heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng puting crystalline substance na hinihinalang shabu na may DDB value na Php 34,000, isang (1) calibre ng .38 revolver na walang serial number, mga bala, at tatlong piraso ng genuine Five Hundred Peso Bill na may kasamang dalawang pirasong Fake Five Hundred Peso na budol money.
Kasalukuyan nagsasagawa ng follow up operation ang mga operatiba para madakip si Valencia.
