Arestado ang isang wanted matapos niyang subukang kumuha ng police clearance.
Kinilala ng Quezon City Police District (QCPD) ang 65 years old na si Oscar Casuco, residente ng Barangay Payatas, Quezon City.
Ayon sa QCPD, naaresto ang suspek dakong alas-4 ng hapon, noong Huwebes, Enero 19 sa tanggapan ng National Police Clearance Office sa ikalawang palapag ng NGO Building, Quezon City Hall complex.
Sinubukan umano ni Casuco na kumuha ng police clearance, subalit nang malaman ng mga awtoridad na mayroon siyang pending na warrant of arrest para sa kasong Murder ay agad dinakip si Casuco.
Ang nasabing warrant of arrest ay inisyu ni Executive Judge Yolanda U. Dagandan ng Regional Trial Court Branch 15 ng Burven, Leyte, agad na siyang dinakip.
Hindi na nakapalag ang suspek na diretso dinala sa Kamuning Police Station (PS10).
Aabisuhan naman ng QCPD ang court of origin sa pag-aresto sa wanted na si Casuco.
