Dalawampung (20) Bangka Operators mula sa General Trias Cavite ang humingi ng tulong sa BITAG, taong 2018.
Ang kanilang sumbong, ginagawa umano silang gatasan ng kasalukuyan noong Hepe ng Cavite Maritime Police.
Araw-araw daw pinag-iinitan ang kanilang mga bangka sakay ang mga mangingisda sa laot,
Hinuhuli at pinagbabayad raw sila ng multa na umaabot sa Php 30,000 bawat isang bangka.
Bukod sa multa sa bangka, kinukuhanan pa ng mga banyerang huling isda ang mga pobreng mangingisda.
Makailang beses nagsagawa ng undercover at surveillance operation ang BITAG.
Sumamang pumalaot ang mga BITAG undercover na nagpanggap ding mga mangingisda upang ma-build up ang kaso.
Halos anim na buwan na trinabaho ng BITAG ang sumbong na ito dahil sa dulas at mala-palos na galawan ng inirereklamong hepe.
Hanggang sa makumpirma ng BITAG at malinaw na naidokumento ang mga transaksyon sa pagitan ng ng mga mangingisda at hepe ng Maritime Police na si Col. Armandy Dimabuyu.
Naging madulas man sa una si Colonel, nalambat pa din siya sa pamamagitan ng silong ikinasa ng BITAG kasama ang mga operatiba ng Counter Intelligence Task Force (CITF) ng Philippine National Police.
