Base sa report ng Cagayan De Oro City Police Office, lumapit sa himpilan ng pulisya ang 20 taong gulang at biktimang si May Cesar upang ireklamo ang suspek na si Jalil Lucman, 49-anyos, na nagnakaw umano ng kanyang cellphone.
Ayon sa biktima, ibabalik daw ito sa kanya kung tutubusin niya ito sa suspek.
Dahil dito, agad na humingi ng tulong ang biktima sa Carmen Police Station na agad namang nagkasa ng isang entrapment operation.
Nakipagmatigasan pa sa umpisa si Lucman subalit nakipagugnayan din ito sa mga awtoridad kinalaunan.
Narekober sa suspek ang isang .45 caliber na baril, magasin, at cellphone ng biktima.
Kasalukuyang nakapiit sa presinto ang suspek at nahaharap sa asunto.
