Patay ang isang guro habang sugatan naman ang 13-anyos na apo nito matapos silang pagsasaksakin sa loob ng kanilang tahanan sa Cauayan town, Negros Occidental noong lunes, Pebrero 13.
Nagtamo ng saksak sa iba’t-ibang bahagi ng katawan ang 61-anyos na si Nancy Oliverio, isang elementary teacher at residente ng Purok 10 Barangay Poblacion.
Nakaligtas naman ang 13-anyos na apo nito na kasalukuyang ginagamot sa ospital matapos magtamo ng sugat sa mukha.
Ayon sa imbestigasyon, natutulog si Oliveria at kanyang apo nang pasukin ng hindi kilalang armadong suspek ang kanilang kwarto alas 3 ng madaling araw noong lunes.
Nang makatunog ang biktima, dito na umano sila pinagsasaksak ng suspek ayon sa pulisya.
Dinala sa Cauayan District Hospital ang mag lola subalit dineklarang dead on arrival si Oliverio.
Ayon sa awtoridad, pagnanakaw ang nakikitang motibo ng suspek sa nangyaring krimen.
