Ito ang inanunsy ng Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) kaninang umaga.
“Medyo lumalakas din uli yung northeast monsoon kaya posible sa mga susunod na araw muling bubugso yung malalamig na temperatura sa nalalabing bahagi ng Luzon kasama na yung kamaynilaan at sa mga karatig na lalawigan,” ayon kay Pagasa weather specialist Ober Badrina.
Ayon kay Badrina isang low-pressure area (LPA) rin ang dahilan kung bakit patuloy na nagdadala ng maulap na kalangitan at pag-ulan sa malaking bahagi ng Visayas at Mindanao.
Nilinaw naman ng weather forecaster na malabong maging bagyo ang LPA na nananatili sa labas ng Philippine area of responsibility (PAR).
Samantala, nakataas ang gale warning sa lalawigan ng Batanes, Babuyan Island, Cagayan, Isabela, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, at Pangasinan.
