Nagtapos sa 10th place si Obiena na may lundag na 5.64 meters. Nilaktawan niya ang 5.73m upang subukang lampasan ang 5.82m subalit ito ay nabigo.
Dinomina ni Armand Duplantis ng Sweden ang torneyo na kaisa-isang matagumpay na nalundagan ang 6.01m upang sikwatin ang gintong medalya. Sinundan ito ni Claudio Michel Stecchi ng Italy na may iskor na 5.82m.
Nagtapos naman sa ikatlong pwesto sina Kurtis Marschall at Jacob Wooten na parehong nakuha ang bronze sa iskor din na 5.82 via countback.
Ito ang pinakamababang pwesto na natapos ni Obiena sa kanyang kampanya sa indoor season ngayong taon matapos lumagapak sa pinakahuling pwesto sa ikapitong kompetisyon na kanyang sinalihan.
Mula sa pitong torneyo, tatlong gintong medalya ang nakuha ni Obiena mula sa Perche en Or sa France gayundin sa Orlen Cup at Orlen Copernicus sa Poland.
Dalawang pilak naman ang kanyang napanalunan mula sa Internationales Springer Meeting at ISTAF indoor sa Germany, habang bronze ang kanyang nasungkit sa Mondo Classic sa Sweden.
