Umaasa si Senator JV Ejercito na maging “win-win” solution ang pag amyenda sa Republic Act (RA) No. 11235, o Motorcycle Crime Prevention Act, o mas kilala din na “Doble Plaka” law.
Sa ginawang Public Hearing of the Committee on Justice and Human Rights noong Miyerkules, Pebrero 22, sinabi ni Ejercito na masyadong mahal ang multa sa violation ng mga motorcycle riders.
Nagsisilbi din aniya itong diskriminasyon sa mga motorcycle rider. Mungkahi niya, ipareho na lang ang halaga ng multa ng mga motorcycle rider sa mga nagmamaneho ng four-wheel vehicle.

Sumang-ayon din dito si Sen Bong Revilla na naging diskriminasyon ang pag sasabatas ng Doble Plaka. Ayon sa senador, sobrang taas ng mga multa at dagdag pahirap dahil sa dobleng plaka.
Bukod sa excessive na fines at penalty, iminungkahi din ni Senator Ejercito na sa halip na magdagdag pa ng isang plaka sa harap ng motor ay gagamit nalang ng RFID o Radio Frequency Identification kung saan nakalagay na ang impormasyon ng rider pag-iniscan ng mga pulis.
“So sa halip po na yung front plates o decals, yung RFID system na ilalagay sa harapan ng motor ay nandun na po ang impormasyon” dagdag ni Senator JV Ejercito.
