Nakakuha ng 15.166 points ang pambato ng bansa sa ginawa niyang parallel bars routine. Nakuha naman ng Ukranian gymnast na si Illia Kovtun ang ginto na nakapag tala ng 15.366 points habang nakakuha naman ng 15.266 points ang Italian gymnast na si Mateo Levantesi na nag-uwi ng silver medal.
Kahit na bigong makuha ni Yulo ang gold medal, gagamitin niya naman daw ang torneyo bilang pandagdag momentum para tumaas pa ang kanyang ranking points.
“Winning medals [in the world cup series] is always the goal, but it is equally important for me to execute my routines properly in these three events,’’ sabi ni Carlos Yulo.
Ang pambato ng Pilipinas na si Carlos Yulo ay tutungo sa Doha, Qatar para sa ikalawang yugto ng World Cup sa March 1 hanggang 4 na susundan ng isa pang serye sa Baku, Azerbaijan sa March 9 hanggang 12 bago magtapos ang serye sa Cairo, Egypt, sa April 27 hanggang 30.
