Mas humahanga at naniniwala ako sa formula ng bagong hepe ng National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) kumpara sa kalihim ng Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).
Si Major General Edgar Alan Okubo kasi, crime prevention, crime mitigation at crime solution. Hindi palabra, hindi porma, hindi papogi. Hindi mema.
Kakaupo palang, malinaw na ang direktiba. Ginawa niyang yardstick o panukat ang NCRPO, “If the PNP fails in the National Capital Region then, in the eyes of the people, the PNP is a failure in general. I must say that the NCRPO is a show window of the entire PNP…”
Maganda ang hangarin ni Okubo. Pulis ang bababa sa mga komunidad,” It is my desire that our men in NCRPO will go down to the community and implement the revitalized police in the barangay. Let us bring the police to the center of the community and not the community going and finding where the police [are].”
Tama!
With all due respect, you are full of theories, Sec. Abalos! Please do not reinvent the wheel. The wheel is perfect circle, don’t make it an oblong.
Bago ang crime solution, una muna ang crime prevention at crime mitigation.
Yung isa, base sa reyalidad. Yung isa puro teyorya.
Kayo na ang bahalang bumalanse!
