Kahapon, Marso 14, inilabas ng Presidential Communication Office (PCOO) ang listahan ng mga mamumuno sa Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) ng Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG)
Kabilang sa mga itinalagang chairman ng Pangulo ay si Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong na pamumunuan ang RPOC ng Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).
Si San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora naman ang napili bilang RPOC chairperson ng Metro Manila.
Base sa 2015 memorandum circular ng DILG, ang RPOC ay inaatasan na lumikha ng 3-taong peace and order plan na isasama sa comprehensive development plan at open discussions sa mga pangunahing isyu na nakakaapekto sa kapayapaan, kaayusan, at kaligtasan ng publiko.
Inaatasan din ang RPOC na magrekomenda ng mga hakbang na magtataguyod ng kapayapaan at kaligtasan ng publiko sa kanilang mga nasasakupan, at bumuo ng isang special action committee upang tugunan ang mga usapin sa kapayapaan at kaayusan sa oras ng kagipitan.
