Ayon sa mga otoridad, aksidenteng naapakan ng uncle na si Wilson Garcia ang accelerator ng van. Hindi niya raw napansin na umiihi sa harapan ang bata kaya nabundol.
Agad namang dinala ang biktima sa ospital ngunit idineklara na itong dead on arrival.
Nagtamo ng head injury ang bata na naging sanhi ng kanyang pagkamatay.
Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Bangar Police si Garcia.
