Ipagbabawal na ng New Zealand ang TikTok app sa mga device na may access sa parliamentary network dahil sa mga alalahanin sa cybersecurity.
Ayon kay Parliamentary Service Chief Executive Rafael Gonzalez-Montero, Ipagbabawal na ang TikTok sa katapusan ng Marso.
“This decision has been made based on our own experts’ analysis and following discussion with our colleagues across government and internationally,” saad ni Gonzalez-Montero.
Inatasan din niya ang mga mambabatas na i-uninstall ang app mula sa kanilang mga pribadong device. ang hindi pagsunod ay maaaring magdulot sa kanila na hindi ma-access ang parliamentary network.
Banned din ng Britanya noong Huwebes ang app sa mga cellphone ng gobyerno habang ang ahensya ng gobyerno sa Estados Unidos ay may hanggang sa katapusan ng Marso upang tanggalin ang app mula sa mga official devices.
