Ginamit umano silang mga “locator” ng nagpakilalang contractor daw ng DITO Telecommunity.
Bilang mga locator, sila umano ang bahala na maghanap o mag-recruit ng mga landowners sa Isabela upang upahan at gawin cell site tower ang kanilang lupa sa loob ng sampung taon.
Panghihikayat ng mga locator, maaari umanong kumita ang mga land owners ng P3-5 milyon (lump sum) sa loob ng sampung taong lease.
Subalit bago upahan at tayuan ng tower ang kanilang lupa, kailangan muna nilang magbayad ng P60,000 bilang processing fee.
Ngunit matapos makapag bayad, ni-isang tower walang naitayo ang DITO.
Nagbigay ng opisyal na pahahayag si Bryan Gaspar, Site Acquisition manager ng rehiyon at tahasang itinanggi na kanilang tauhan ang nagre-recruit sa mga sinasabing locator.
Ngayon, ang mga locator ang siyang naipit at hinahabol ng mga land owners.
Ang apat na locator na lumapit sa BITAG, nakapag-recruit ng 130 na mga land owners na aabot sa P7.8 milyon.
Sinubukan din aniya nila na magsampa ng kasong Syndicated estafa sa contractor, subalit na-dismiss ito ng korte.
