“My first job was a minimum paying job, I was only earning 5 dollars an hour and that was very minimum. It’s very tough and really just trying to raise a child with an income that you only make a minimum wage,” kwento ni Noel sa BITAG Media Digital.
“When you look at Barbie, you look at this very animated looking, she’s not supposed to look like a real person, she’s more like a stylized version of a person. It also speaks to my artistic side which is the artist in me wanting to create a portrait, in this case like a 3D (3-dimensional) portrait”
“I literally started from nothing, I am thankful I have the passion, because passion is very important, and you have to have the focus, just make it come to your heart. Motivation must be coming from the heart. If you have the drive and desire and passion to do something there is nothing impossible that can be achieved “
“My mom in my life is a very influential figure, she really honed and molded us in a very solid way. Losing her at such a young age I felt so deprived and so to be able to create her doll, is like a tribute, my way of expressing my gratitude,”
“Every day I look at it, I feel like my mom is looking over me and just watching me and I hope she would approve of what I become today,” Dagdag ni Noel.
