Naglatag ng ilang mga kondisyon ang kampo ni Negros Oriental 3rd district Rep. Arnolfo Teves Jr. sa Kamara bago ito umuwi ng bansa.
Ayon sa abogado ng mambabatas na si Atty. Ferdinand Topacio, nagsumite sila ng mga kondisyon kay House Speaker Martin Romualdez, kabilang ang paliwanag ng Kongreso kaugnay sa pagkakasuspinde ni Teves.
Tumanggi naman si Topacio na ibunyag ang mga kondisyon dahil aniya wala siyang awtoridad upang sabihin ang mga ito.
Sinabi naman ni Topacio na may tatlong bagay lang silang gustong malaman sa naging agarang desisyon ng Kongreso na patawan ng 60-araw na suspensyon ang kanyang kliyente.
Dagdag pa nito, hihintayin nila ang sagot ng Kamara saka kikilos ang kanilang kampo.
