Naisugod pa sa pagamutan ang traffic enforcer na si Jeffrey Antolin, 35, ngunit binawian rin ito ng buhay dahil sa natamo nitong matinding pinsala sa ulo at katawan.
Arestado naman ang suspek na si Joel Dimacali, 47, na nakatakdang sampahan ng kasong reckless imprudence resulting to homicide.
ayon sa isang traffic enforcer na si RJ Paghiligan, mabagal noong una ang takbo ng truck ngunit bigla itong bumilis ng papalapit na ito sa pedestrian lane.
Dinahilan naman ng truck driver na nawalan ito ng preno.
Nakaligtas naman ang mga inalalayang pedestrian ng enforcer kasama na din ang siklistang nailigtas.
Tumanggi munang magbigay ng pahayag ang mga abogado ng kompanya ng truck habang humihiling ng hustisya ang mga kaanak ng enforcer.
