Mga piraso ng ebidensya tulad ng mapa, sketch plan, larawan ni Negros Oriental Gov. Roel Degamo at kanyang tahanan ang narekober ng mga awtoridad sa pagkaaresto sa dalawa pang suspek na umano’y sangkot sa nangyaring pamamaslang sa gobernador at 8 iba pa.
Ayon kay Interior Secretary Benjamin “Benhur” Abalos Jr., dalawang magkahiwalay na search warrant ang isinagawa ng special investigation task group ng Police-Regional Office 7 sa dalawang lugar sa Bayawan City, Negros Oriental noong Marso 26.
Sinabi ni Abalos na narekober ng pulisya sa isang Nigel Electona ang ilang baril, bala, larawan ni Degamo at kanyang pamilya, mapa, litrato ng gate ng tahanan ng gobernador at iilan pang mga bagay na pinaniniwalaang ginamit sa pagpaplano ng pamamaslang.
Si Electona ay isang dating pulis na sinibak sa serbisyo noong 2017 dahil sa pagkakasangkot nito sa ilegal na droga.
Samantala, nasamsam din ang ilan pang mga baril, granada, sketch plan at larawan ng isang gusali sa isang search warrant na inihain sa isang hindi pa pinapangalanang suspek.
