Kalaboso ang isang butangerong pulis matapos niyang pagbubugbugin, tadyakan at tutukan pa ng baril sa isang babae na kaniya umanong girlfriend.
Kinilala ang suspek na si P/Cpl. Louie Lumancas, 30, isang pulis na nakadestino sa Magpet Municipal Police Station.
Kumalat din sa social media ang video ng brutal na pambubugbog ni Lumancas.
Agad din nahuli ang suspek matapos rumesponde ang mga miyembro ng PNP-SWAT sa Kanapia subdivision Kidapawan City.
Kinumpirma ito ni Kidapawan Chief of Police P/Lt. Col. Peter Pinalgan sa programang BITAG Live ni Ben Tulfo.
“Masakit po sa talaga sa loob natin yan sir nakita natin isa pang babae yung naging biktima ng pambubugbog. Hindi po talaga makatao kasi meron po tayong proseso,” pahayag ni P/Lt. Col. Pinalgan sa Bitag Live.
Hindi naman nakapagpigil si Tulfo, at mariing niyang kinondena ang paraan ng pambubugbog ng suspek.
“Gusto ko matanggal sa serbisyo ito at maging sibilyan, nasentensiyahan makulong kasi administrative dapat kumilos yung internal affairs ninyo dyan sa tulong ng violence against women and children, yung women’ desk niyo po na wag na pabalikin itong pulis ninyo. Delikado po siya,” wika ni Tulfo
Sa inisyal na imbestigasyon, nagalit umano ang pulis dahil nakikipaghiwalay umano sa kaniya ang biktima matapos malaman na meron na itong asawa.
Samantala, sinabi ni Provincial Director P/Col. Harold Ramos, sa Bitag Media Digital na ito ang unang beses nasangkot sa krimen ang nasabing pulis.
Agad na na-relieve sa pwesto si Lumancas na mahaharap sa kasong administratibo at RA 9262 o physical violence.
