Lumapit sa #ipaBITAGmo ang isang TNVS driver na si Antonio Tasay upang ireklamo ang kanyang operator.
Ang reklamo, ayaw daw ng operator niyang si Arthur Petalver na ibigay ang kanyang exit clearance na kailangan niya upang makapag hanapbuhay muli.
Ayon kay Tasay, bago pa raw niya kunin ang sasakyan ay may diperensya na ito. Pinakiusapan lamang siya ni Arthur na i-biyahe muna ang sasakyan para makapag-ipon ng pampa-ayos na siya namang ginawa niya. Matapos ang dalawang linggo, lumala ang diperensya ng sasakyan. At nang ipaalam niya ang nangyari, hindi raw siya pinapansin ng operator dahil nais nitong ibiyahe ang sasakyan kahit sira ito.
Depensa ni Arthur, willing naman daw siyang magbigay ng exit clearance ngunit minamadali raw siya ni Antonio.
“Kasi kung maayos kang operator, kapag sinabing ‘Sir, may sira po ‘yung sasakyan’, ang sasabihin ng operator ay ‘sige, dalhin mo na lang sa shelf. Kaso ang sagot niya po sakin ay ‘Sige, iparada mo lang d’yan. Tawagan na lang kita kung kailan ipapagawa.’ Pinaghintay po ako, Sir. Hindi po ako nagmamadali.” sagot ni Antonio.
“Arthur, listen. You know your responsibility as an operator for grab? It is the best interest of the passenger because you’re in the public conveyance. Therefore, responsibilidad niyo pong ipa-ayos ang sasakyan kasi baka malintikan ‘yung mga pasahero.” pahayag ni Mr. Ben Tulfo.
“I think you have the right to just separate in a nice way” dagdag pa nito.
Nangako naman ang operator na si Arthur na ibibigay niya ang exit clearance ni Antonio.
