Himas rehas ngayon ang isang pulis matapos niya umanong sapakin at sakalin ang sumita sa kanyang traffic enforcer sa Navotas City noong nakaraang linggo.
Ayon sa ulat, pinara ng traffic enforcer na si Mark Luzuriaga ang naka-sibilyang pulis na si Master Sergeant Ramos Guina noong Abril 26 dahil kolorum umano ang minamaneho nitong tricycle. Si Guina ay naka-assign sa Manila Police District.
Sinubukan pa daw tumakas ng pulis pero agad din itong nahabol ng enforcer. Nang sandaling iyon, hindi alam ng traffic enforcer na pulis ang kanyang sinita.
Nang magpang-abot ang dalawa, sinapak daw ni Guina si Luzuriaga sa nguso, sinakal at naglabas ng baril. Nag viral din sa social media ang video ng pag aresto kay Guina sa pangunguna ng hepe ng Navotas police na si Colonel Allan Umipig. Iniutos ni Umipig ang pag-aresto matapos magsumbong ang traffic enforcer sa ginawang pananakit.
Naging matensyon naman ang pag-aresto kay Guina dahil tumanggi iton magpaaresto at ayaw niyang ibigay ang sling bag na naglalaman ng kanyang baril. Depensa niya, minura daw kasi siya ng traffic enforcer.
Nahaharap sa kasong assault upon an agent of a person in authority ang pulis-Maynila.
